Supplying Building, Bonding and Finishing Materials for a Residential Complex

The new residential complex also combined with business, entertainment and commerce extends over an 11 dunam (1.1 hectare) area and includes two 17-storey residential towers, two 8-storey residential towers erected over a commercial floor, a 6-storey office block and a 3-level underground car park. 

As part of the construction operations, the Ashtrom Industries subsidiaries provided a variety of building and finishing materials: Israbeton produced at the company plant 22,000 cu.m. of concrete, while Ashbond delivered over 1,500 cu.m. of fireproof blocks, as well as  additional construction materials such as cement mortar and gravel. The BG Bond company supplied 6,643 buckets of BG Premium Adhesive weighing 25 kg., and Nitzavim provided over 8,000 sq.m. of interior and isolation partitions, the majority of them waterproof. Zahavi Atzmon company carried out flooring works using tiles and parquet pieces over a total area exceeding 6,500 sq.m. as well as providing bathtubs, sinks and toilet bowls for the w.c.s and bathrooms in the housing units.
