Prevention of Moisture on Walls
The material from which the blocks are manufactured, improved cellular concrete, is almost totally impervious to water. Its porous structure enables it to release humidity relatively easily, thus preventing condensation and the formation of mold, fungi ,and wet patches on the wall, more than any other building block. Accumulating humidity creates damp patches, and the appearance of fungi constitutes a significant health threat to residents, as microscopic spores are released that can be inhaled, potentially causing severe respiratory problems. Using the white block ensures the prevention of the condensation phenomenon with all its harmful implications.
Low Capillarity Level
Capillary moisture occurs when water rises from ground level into a building through grooves and holes in the foundations, sometimes reaching heights of 25 meters or more and causing serious damage. Thanks to its improved chemical structure and unique cement formula, the white block has a significantly lower capillarity level compared to standard concrete blocks.
